Dr. Slaven received his dental degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. During dental school, he conducted research on utilizing growth factors to promote bone regeneration. Dr. Slaven graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry with his Master of Science in Dentistry and, certificate in periodontics. His master’s thesis focused on more than 1,000 dental implants placed at the Graduate Periodontology Program since 1990, thereby uncovering his true passion for regenerative procedures and dental implants.
